Adil Abdella Thabit (DPhil.), born in 1976, is an entrepreneur, educator, and visionary leader. Rising from lecturing at Addis Ababa University to founding B-right Management Institute in 2004 (1996 E.C.) and leading Adil Corporate Group, he embodies transformative leadership. With a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and extensive industry experience, Adil has also established institutions like Pentagon Leadership Institute and Ethiopis College to advance access to quality education. His journey is a testament to innovation and a passion for empowering others.
